Is there a finance tracking program that has the following:
- Runs on a computer and I can access data without internet (I'm okay with a copy of my data being in whatever cloud, but I also want a local copy that I don't need to manually pull on a routine basis)
- Can pull data from financial institutions
- One time purchase (Not subscription pricing. This is a nice to have, not necessary)
