I've spent weeks adjusting the specs to fit me, and I think I have it dialed in. I can lean back and it provides enough pressure to keep me suspended in mid-air while I game and type. My lower-back is curved at the bottom, so I've dialed the lumbar support all the way down.
But I can't escape the feeling that this chair isn't comfortable. Sure, my back doesn't hurt, but I don't get that "ahhhh so nice" feeling that I would get with my simple $100 Office Max Serta chair. Like c'mon, give me some cushioning. I appreciate my chair, but I'm not sure I enjoy it.
Should I try to sell it for a Steelcase Leap? Any advice from similar HM owners?
