My wife and I are saving for a house and have a few years (~3) before we plan to buy. We have around 100k in liquid assets. The uncertainty in the market makes me bearish on such a short time in the market but at the same time CD's are so terribly rated currently. Any good strategies...? My wife's alternative was to spend it all on hookers and blow... I just barely convinced her to hold off for a better idea.
