I just opened an Ally Savings account today and I am in process of transferring 10k into. I got advice to head this direction. Also to do Vanguard for 6k but I did the online savings account first. I am 27 now. I am old. I just want my money to work for me. Should I take 6k out after deposit is in place and do Vanguard?
