Hello, I'm looking for a glue that can withstand heat/water and not leach toxic chemicals/hold when used in a dishwasher.The bottom door seal on my dishwasher will no longer stay in place. I ordered a new one thinking that would fix it, but the new one will not stay in place either. It comes loose every time the door is closed. I have tried every orientation of putting the seal in, but it does not stay. Unfortunately, my wife pulled it out the first time on her own and was not paying attention to the orientation so while I believe I know which way it needs to go, I have no way of telling for sure.There is an opening on the bottom of the door the seal is supposed to go into and then it has rubber barbs that are designed to hold it, but it does not stay in place. I don't really have funds to purchase a new dishwasher right now and since it works fine, but leaks water I have not been using it and would just like to try gluing the new seal in place. Because the glue would be mostly sheltered by the door it should not get hit with too much direct spray, but I know that hot water and glue do not always go together. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2HSGqFb
