First real salary position. Had my annual review, and was given a 1.92% raise. Is that standard, or is there something up?

I know there are A LOT of factors to consider, but for simple context: I currently make $52k a year, and the raise is a flat $1k. My performance this past year was marked as Satisfactory (so good, but nothing special like Outstanding or Exemplary). Given that context, is the raise in the right ballpark? I have a heavy workload that I manage quite well, but have been told my communication needs to be more frequent with project managers.
