So my beloved Docs are falling apart two years in, which is about what I expected. A similar pair of Solovair is about £180 without shipping. Do they actually hold up that much better than a similar pair of Docs? For other casual boots, Red Wings are over-priced in the UK and the Wolverine 1k boots I've got are hot crap.
