I have got a few bolts glued into a garage concrete floor (the head inside concrete), I have no idea why the original owner had that but they look dangerous and I want to cut them. Do you have any idea why any builder would put those there in a garage and could I just cut them with a 18v makita multitool and metal blade to level the remaining part with the concrete floor?The garage looked like used as a gym, so could those be in use to anchor gym machinery? via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2DtSpn8
