A 4 year old consumer product company in an emerging market is looking to raise 2M for inventory, marketing and a sales team. It’s hard to give the company a real valuation right now so we were thinking convertible debt.
Is 2M too much to ask for in a cd round?
What would be the best way to figure out the proper investment cap?
Or should it be an equity raise?
