I have a Nomatic Travel Pack that I absolutely love. For my 1-2 night business trips, it is all I need. It also crushes it as a perfect backpack. But for the 3-4 night trips, I need a carry-on. I find that regular rollerboard suitcases are more than I need often, but more importantly, are a huge PITA given plane boarding and limited overhead space. Bringing on a more compact bag like a duffel that is also malleable makes it much easier to squeeze it in overhead. I am just curious if people have found "the travel bag" that can serve for a couple of nights that is durable, functional and also easily squeezes into an overhead bin.
