I make 56000 a year and I have zero debt and very low monthly bills.
For bills including food I pay 1300 a month leaving me with 1900 cash every month.
I have wasted this money every month and I only have $800 i my savings. Since I have very little bills and no debt I havnt been too worried about my lack of savings.
What should I be doing? I rent and do not want a house as this allows me more mobility if I want to move
edit: I find my line of work stresses me out intensely and I have been considering getting a brainless minimum wage job for a year to unstress and get back to basics. I dont need much money so I could easily work minimum wage
Edit 2: I did have a lot of savings but I bought my car lease out to get out of debt which cleaned me out
