I’m a Hollywood guy. I know how risky this business of content creation is. For every project that makes a profit there are 9 others that fail.
I once had an accountant explain to me that Warner Bros would make more consistent money if they turned the studio into a parking lot.
So I am confused why tech companies like Apple, Amazon and AT&T are getting into the content game.
Why are they leveraging so much debt just to get into a business that is so up and down?
