I ordered some stuff off American Apparel's website Wednesday 12/26. Then Friday 12/28 they sent me an email saying I need to call phone number to validate my purchase, but I only had 24 hours to do so, but the office is only open M-F? I called (on Monday 12/31) and left a few voicemails because nobody picked up during business hours. Anyway... I think my order got cancelled. Just a heads up in case anyone is incredibly annoyed like I am.... I was searching Reddit and also found https://www.reddit.com/r/frugalmalefashion/comments/9xepl1/american_apparel_update_order_canceled_they_gave/ - what's up with a online clothing retail being incredibly frustrating? I'm wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing recently.
