I just moved to NYC and rarely use my phone. In the UK, I could get by on an infrequently topped by prepaid pay-as-you-go sim. There doesn't seem to be anything equivalent to that here, though.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the cheapest phone plan if my main goal is simply to be able to receive calls?
