I ordered a couple Rag and Bone shirts from the TJ Maxx site back on December 13. Never received them, so I checked on my order status today and apparently it was cancelled on December 18th. They said I was sent an email, never got it. Apparently the TJ Maxx site does not have a real-time inventory tracking system, so no matter what you order, you won't get it if too many people ordered it ahead of you, which means there's no guarantee you'll ever get anything that you buy from the site. It seems crazy to me that a company as large as TJ Maxx does not have a real-time inventory tracking system.
Pretty annoying that I gave them my personal info and credit card info, didn't get my order, got no communication, and they just told me "that's our policy" as a response. So if you're planning on buying something off the website, don't plan on getting it if it's a hot item or something that was posted on this forum.
