Hi all! I’ve spent my winter vacation thoroughly renovating my den into a modern home office space. At this point I have just about everything purchased except for a desk chair. I have built a desk that is 38 inches high (height of the window molding it will sit under). So I’m trying to find the perfect task stool. I’m willing to spent some money on this purchase and am currently looking at the following:

Knoll Multigeneration Task Stool

Steelcase Shortcut Task Stool

Herman Miller Sayl Stool
Does anyone have any experience or advise in this area? Right now the Knoll is my top choice because it seems to be the most bang for the buck.
