Just had to give a shout out to Mountainsmith. I have a day pack I have used close to every day for 16 years. I have taken it as a camera bag and day pack to over 8 countries for extended periods of time. nothing evr broke, not even a loose thread.
Recently the zipper finally, physically, wore out. just opened it too many times. I sent it in to have the zipper replaced. I got an email saying the fabric around the zipper was too worn to sew a new zipper on, and I should just pick a replacement product from their website and they would ship it to me. A brand new 90$ product after wearing out my bag.....unbelievable. I am definitely a customer for life after this experience, a pleasure all the way through. Cheers to Mountainsmith.
