I don’t know if it’s proper to ask this question here but will do anyway.

I’m 23M and live in Turkey, make leather goods and sell them mostly to western customers through Instagram. My photography skills make it easy to advertise my products. When I work properly in a month I can make as much as my father earns.

Also I live with my family and my workshop is simply a work bench in my room, which makes it harder to treat this whole thing seriously, despite it’s potential. I get lazy a lot because I’m always 2 meters away from my bed.

I’m considering to rent a place, open a workshop and hire someone to do the work for me part time. But I’m not sure what my goal should be to get to that point or when to actualize it because my need for a workshop is more psychological than physical at this point. I want a place to be my workplace and take guests in and be able to expand the production speed.

So should I just do it in the near future without much thinking or put an income limit for few months to hit and open after I get this intense momentum? My initial cost will be monthly rent + furniture.

Also any advice on work ethic and getting lazy will be appreciated.
