Hello,
First time poster here. I am considering moving to a privately owned condo near my office. It is a really good deal but the only catch is that the washer/dryer is shared among the 6 condos on the same floor. I ve lived in an apartment with a W/D and have sort of got used to the convenience. Should I consider the lack of a private W/D a deal-breaker?
P.S. I live by myself and do laundry about once in 10 days if that helps.
