So this is a way too common occurrence ( at least in my friend circle). We just toss out goods when they’re old looking and don’t bother to even check if they can be restored. I did that yesterday. Spent $2 ( this is cheap here in India ) and now my black shoes look brand new :-). More than the money I see this as an attitude shift :-). Thanks /r/frugal
