Hello! My never ending quest for some leather free boots that withstand daily wear without the sole splitting in a year or so continues. I've searched the sub, but they advise stuff I have tried and found lacking... I have tried :
-
Vegetarian Shoes Airseal Boulder Boots : leather held well but sole cracked in a bit more than a year
-
Brave Gentleman Standard Boot : quite beautiful and well made, but the sole was literally made of butter. Had to replace the heel FAST and then the sole cracked after only 9 months of daily wear. https://gfycat.com/neighboringabandonedkoala
I have heard pretty bad things from the vegan line of Doc Martens... Any word about these? https://wills-vegan-shoes.com/mens-vegan-work-boots-black.html
Maybe I'm not walking right :|
