I'm looking to replace my stove at home. I've been told that the less electronics the better, and that if something's going to die on it, it'll be the board that controls the screen/buttons. Based on some quick searches, it seems like the boards aren't all that cheap, and in most cases a real pain to swap out.
Suggestions?
