We have these 2 concrete "bases" that look to be the foundation for some sort of concrete/brick posts/pillars that were formerly there removed by the prior owners in front of our garageImage of the concrete bases in respect to the garage:http://bit.ly/2DCIDAf didn't think it would be an issue moving in, but now parking the car in the garage it takes about 5-7min on avg. to actually park. The concrete is high enough where one of our cars won't clear it and could seriously damage the tires on both vehicles due to the steel rod being exposed. Was wondering what the best way to DIY remove the concrete and what type of tool I may need to rent to cut that steel down enough to wear I can just pour some concrete to smooth it all overPics of the concrete bases close-uphttps://i.imgur.com/pbqJCFC.jpg?1https://i.imgur.com/Vc0VXxc.jpg via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2DEgKYy
