My mom became a CFP liscensed insurance agent and set up three things for me when I became 18 and could access my inheritance from my divorced passed away dad. Index Universal Life Insurance policy, and Fixed Index Annuity and Land banking in California. When she explained to it to, it sounded really good, but when I google it, it sounds like a scam. Where can I go to get informed on this, and is there a way I can get outside help on this. I don't know how to review these policies, and see a good course of action for it.
