I want to move out of my parents house. How much money does it actually cost?

As the title says, I am tired of living with my parents. I moved in with them 4 months ago when I got out of the US Army and it’s driving me crazy.

My average take home check is $1600/bi weekly.

If the average home costs 450k. How much money should I be making in order to comfortably afford it?
