I save 15% of my income each month for retirement, is it best to put all 15% in my companies 401k, or do the 5% max they match and the rest in my roth IRA with Vanguard?

I'm new to having a 401k and am not sure what's best, would appreciate any advice! Here are the details:

I'm 29
My employer matches 100% up to 3% and 50% up to 5%
I have close to $33K in my Roth IRA
$1,500 in savings account

For the past 6 months or so since I was eligible for the 401k I've just been having all 15% put into there, but I started thinking that maybe that's not the best thing. If any more information is needed just let me know, and thanks in advance!
