Here's is my 401k allocation along with expense ratio:

Name Asset Class Expense Ratio Percent
Dryden S&P 500 Index Fund Large Cap - Blend 0.04% 60%
BlackRock Equity Market Index Fund Mid Cap - Blend 0.06% 20%
Foreign Stock Index Fund II International - Large Blend 0.05% 20%

I looked at vanguard funds and I saw that their VTSAX expense ratio is 0.04% which is around the same for my large and mid cap blend. Their VTIAX is 0.11% which is higher than the 0.05% for international stock.

Are there any significant reasons I am missing on why I should invest the percentage above the company match in ROTH IRA?
