How much annually would be a safe amount to own 2-3 houses that cost a total of 5 million?
I can draw my own analysis but I’d like to hear what you think. How much would you need to make annually? 500k,600k,700k, 1 million+?
Or what would be a safe amount to have in savings or financial bonds, stocks, etc. 2,3,4,5 million?
I know this is such a stupid question but I like to dream. My dream is to own a nice beach house and for a nice one in the areas I’m looking at are 1.7-2.8 million.
Assuming if I was at that level of wealth I’d also own a 1-2 million dollar house in my area that I work.
