Hi there...please help me relax. I just discovered the following about my fiancé: 1. $1K in collections from past credit cards. 2. A horrible $12K auto loan at 22% APR. 60mo term. 3. Credit score 464.
I am mostly worried about the first point... If she never pays those debts, what will happen to me, to her? Will I be liable for all of this? FYI We will get married in Oregon. Then plan to move to Arizona in a few years.
Please help. I am worried.
