I seen someone's post on here about checking selling pages, Craigslist etc at this time of year to find unwanted gifts etc so I did just that.
I was planning on buying a Kindle but I've been holding off due to Christmas and going on holiday soon but after seeing the post on here, I checked Gumtree and found a person selling their unwanted Kindle and case they got for Christmas. They were selling it for £40 but I messaged them to see if they would go lower and take £30 as they had posted it 4 days ago but it still wasn't sold, plus the fact it was a 40 mile round trip for me to go collect it.
They agreed to take £30 so I drove up there and picked it up. Brand new, unopened kindle and official Amazon Kindle case. I checked Amazon and the Kindle sells for £60, the case is £25 so I saved £55 and got what I was planning on buying anyway!
