After going back and forth on a agreement, I am planning to finally sign it within a day or two. Due to a few things that the management is asking for my committments, I have this urge to tell them I will be leaving the company.
The problem is that I have been working with this new employer on the agreement, mainly adding benefits and confirming details, but have not actually signed any paperwork (One time we met and he brought a signed copy and hoped that I would sign the same day - he wasn't pushy at all).
Should I give in my two weeks asap without signing anything with the new employer even though the agreement seems very mutual?
