I have round up enabled where my extra change goes into savings. While looking through my round ups I noticed a restaurant appeared back to back. I go looking for the transaction and I see the $1.72 on December 30th I paid for a tea and a few hours later about $20 charged at the same place. The card used does not have a chip and upon recalling the transaction I remember getting my credit card back a little late.
I already reported this to my bank and asked for a card with a chip. I now have to wait two weeks on a card and all that jazz.
Would you make it known to their manager or file a police report?
My bank post the time a transaction was processed not just when it was posted, so cameras should easily show who made these transactions.
