As we all recognize, social media can have extremely negative side effects with prolonged usage, particularly when it comes to comparing oneself to others' highlight reels as well as changes in our own behavior, humility, and validation seeking-- but it's also an incredibly relevant modern invention with many positive benefits.

I'm wondering if the majority of you think it is possible to have a healthy relationship with social media sites that aren't anonymous such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook-- particularly, as mentioned, when used in direct ties with your name-- and if so, how one would go about such a relationship?
