So I bought a pair of darn tough 1/4 athletic socks because of all the Reddit recommendations. I wore them twice and hated them because they were so thin, so I just threw them in a drawer and never wore them again. Last week I bought a pair of their hiking socks and love them to death.
Just out of curiosity, I contact Darn Tough to see if their warranty included me just buying the wrong type of socks. Even though its been 2 years and there is nothing wrong with them other than the fact I just don't like them, they returned them and let me buy a different pair.
Talk about great customer service!
