Could I get some advice regarding cheap, easy, and reasonably healthy (ideally vegetarian) recipes with minimal cleanup required? I got through one semester just kinda winging it but this semester's looking rather more difficult and I'd like to look forward to eating again. I have a crockpot, a rice cooker, and all the basic cookware one might expect. Some recipes for lentils and beans in general would be particularly interesting, I think. Thanks in advance!
