I don't know all the details, but he does have around $2k in debt. Last I heard, he's hoping to move it to his mother's credit card that has 0% interest.
However, he's being super picking with jobs, which is an issue cause he's a student and has no income. He doesn't live in a city either, so there isn't a great range of jobs. Am I fair in pushing them really hard to get any job they can just to pay off their debt?
edit: he still lives at home, I don't live with him. His bad finances only mean I tend to pay for us to go out.
