I'm only now looking at the reviews of people who went through the same experience. I don't know why, but they closed my account, dropping my score by ~50 points.
No debt was owed (autopay), the account was in good standing, balance at 0 as I hadn't used it in a couple months. I get an alert of a new credit score and check to see this great news.
