Every 6 months I have dog food, cat food, my wife's fancy hand soap, and some toiletries delivered to my door. Some items are discounted by 25%!
The catch is you have to subscribe it 5 items to get the best discount, but if you find things you but regularly it's a nice way to cut costs. Prices change over time so keep an eye out for increases and you could save a pretty penny.
