Hey guys! Here’s my current situation- I’m 26, living at home with my parents (I have very minimal monthly costs) and my current job is trash and barely pays me.
Long story short, I’ve been offered a couple of jobs that will both require me to relocate. Both jobs are paying in the 50-60k base with added commissions up to 20k (but have no cap).
I have less than a thousand dollars in my bank account so obviously I cannot afford to put a down payment on an apartment or another form of housing or even pay rent for the first month. I will be making pretty good money once I start working but unfortunately I don’t have that money now.
Should I take out a loan from the bank to pay for housing? What’s my best bet or options of making this move happen?
