Hello, My dad has terminal cancer and he was really on bad condition. He ask me to make sure we will able to get his 401k if he died, i saw his record that it was split among us 3 siblings. Is it easy to get his money when he died? Or i have to give them a call and let them know the situation, so in feature i am able to process his papers. At the moment my dad having hard to talk.
