Maybe I'm the only person who sees flaws in my life related to fashion but maybe not and this could be interesting.
I've already cut down on buying fast-fashion and I'm buying more higher quality pieces or thrifting. I want to continue buying things that will last a while.
I'd really like to work on a capsule wardrobe. Not a super minimalist capsule wardrobe, just a closet full of clothes I love and can create outfits with. I only want pieces I need and love.
Thrifting is a hobby for me and my way of giving to charity, so it'll be hard to stop buying so much. I usually fill my cart with things that might fit or might look good and I consider it a donation/helping them clean out the store. The problem is these things tend to hand in my closet and I get overwhelmed with how much stuff I own. I do go through and donate the good items back to the same thrift store to be resold or recycle things with stains or holes, but I don't do it immediately when I realize the piece is not for me. I need to start being more selective and I should probably just make a regular monetary donation to the organization instead like a normal person. lol.
What about you? What are you going to change in your wardrobe in 2019?
