I'm not currently invested in either, I'm 100% stock ETFs and pretty sad about losing 7.2% for the year so far. I don't really understand how bond ETFs work, do they respond positively towards interest rates rising, or negatively because it means the bonds they're currently holding become less valuable? I did see an increase in BND after yesterday's news, is it too late to diversify into that now because it's already took into consideration the news?
