As the title suggests I am 23 and currently working as a contractor for a great company. RN with my current job I'm I make pretty good money and have been planning on moving out. I get hired Full-time into the company on January and my annual income will be between 38-39K after taxes. The reason I'm posting is because today I went to look at an AMAZING apartment that had a great view and community. However, the price of the room that I want is $1600 a month plus other fees added to it. My car note is $450 along with other insurance payments and debt I'm paying off. They also offer 1 bedrooms at $1200 as well. I plan on applying in March and moving in May. My worry is that I won't even have a budget for going out, groceries, furniture, etc. Is there anything I can do or should do before the move? Perhaps it's not the right time? Any insight would be soooo helpful. Thank you in advance!
