I've been thinking about how much I should be relaxing outside of work. I've always thought it would be good to improve my life casually and aim to be relaxed as much as I can.

For example, this decision has led me to cut out video games from my life since I noticed that they actually stressed me out a little bit because you always needed to be hyper vigilant and have twitch reflexes in order to win. I still go to the gym and do various other things that are "hard" in my free time, but they aren't extremely stimulating or stressful or bring my heart rate up due to anxiety. I was wondering if this is a good thing or if it's actually good to have some of that in your life. But maybe what I get through work is enough!
