Hey everyone! I'm curious if anyone is willing to share their portfolio allocations. I'm looking to build one on M1 Finance and just curious if anyone can share any details of a passive portfolio that you think works. Any details you can share as far as returns and what not would be great as well.
I'm looking to build a value/high dividend portfolio with 10-20% in bonds and real estate and/or gold. They have some "Expert portfolios" on M1 that I am probably going to invest in 50% global value and 50% in a global dividend funs and the rest in a long term bond fund.
Basically this:
40% - Global Dividend
40% - Global Value
*The 2 Global funds have about 50% US Equities in each!
10% - Real Estate ETF like REZ or GLD
10% - Long Term Bonds Fund
I want to remain aggressive, but I am worried about a recession in the coming years. What do you guys think of this portfolio?
I wanted to make more of a value/dividend portfolio because they perform better in the long term vs growth and they have underperformed for recent years. Does this make sense?
