Hi everyone I’m not sure if this is the right place to put this but if someone can help me out I would really appreciate it.
I have been working at the same place for 9 years. I make 45k a year, my dad passed away about 7 2 years ago and I’m taking care of my mom and brother (financially). I can’t work at this place anymore, please know that I’m not trying to sound like a big shot but I am the single most important person at that place (I’m the general manager). I work 55 hours a week. They company (mom and pop shop) makes 100k a month and we only have 5 employees (including me) because I do all the work of the 3 people we let go.
I don’t have time to go to school I just need to find a place that pays 4K a month with room to grow. Any suggestions please I just feel like I’m stuck and I can’t get out. I live in SoCal
