I paint smaller projects, mostly typewriters.in my search for a better clear coat, I’ve come across spraymax 2k. Reading about it, I learned that spraying it releases toxic isocyanates, and requires the use of a respirator. According to 3m, one should use a respirator with an air supply system. Before I go cutting off my long beard to properly fit a mask, and investing hundreds of dollars on a setup, has anyone else had experience using this spray? I will be using it outdoors.
