I have a 25x40 building that the last homeowner built and when they put in the concrete floor it wasn't really smoothed out well. They put an epoxy coating on it that is coming up in high traffic areas. I want to put CVT tile down to create a smooth surface but know that any imperfections would telegraph through. So I am looking at what my options are to put a thin self leveling concrete or epoxy coating down to level it out then put the tiles down. Anyone have experience doing this?
