Friendly reminder than you can google "hair/cosmetology schools" and "massage schools" near you, and get super cheap services by students!
For example, I live in Los Angeles. I found a massage school that charges $25/hour, and a hair school that charges $7 for a haircut and style (and I'm a girl with long hair!). Both always have great results!
You aren't allowed to tip on either.
