Hi there. So here is my background : I’m a 25-year old exotic dancer, who’s been stripping for a few years. I have a 710-720 credit score, $35k in savings and a cheap home in the South I purchased for cash. I claimed 65-75k on my last 2 years tax returns. Right now I’d like to purchase a condo as my second investment property. I’m looking at 100-150k range. But I was wondering if I have any chance of getting a mortgage? I’m a make-up artist on my tax returns plus obviously, I claim an income from renting out that house. I do not have any 1099’s issued. So what do I do?
